ROOT & HEARTH chicken SOup (DF, GF, V)

  • 4-5 (organic) celery stalks

  • 4-5 tall (organic) carrots

  • 1 yellow onion

  • organic spinach

  • 2 low sodium chicken broth

  • fresh thyme

  • fresh parsley

  • salt/pepper

  • organic whole chicken

~ cook/boil water and chicken ( for about an 1 hour)

~ add in a carton of chicken broth, add some fresh thyme, fresh parsley, (light on salt) and pepper.

~ chop carrots, celery, and onion.

~ once chicken is cooked, remove fro place on set; let cook then shred chicken.

~ add in veggies and let them cook for 30-45 minutes.

~taste for flavor ; add in spices to match flavor.

~add chicken and veggies to broth (30 minutes)

~add in spinach till meshed in.

~let cool and enjoy :)
