ABOUT ME

My coaching method was created with three intentions: to help people feel deeply heard, to move through stagnation, and to find lasting happiness in their work, relationships, and lives.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, RYT 200 Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, and Mat Pilates Instructor, I take a whole-person approach to healing connecting mind, body and soul. I believe everyone deserves to wake up to a life they love—and to be taken seriously when expressing symptoms, even when test results say they’re “all good.”

Guided by my interest in spirituality and healing, I help others focus, reflect, and refine their lives in a way that feels aligned, sustainable, and empowering.
