Roasted brussel sprouts (gf, df, v)

  • 1.5 lb brussel sprouts

  • olive oil

  • salt/pepper

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

~ Preheat the oven to 425

~ Halve the brussel sprouts into a large bowl.

~ Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

~ Roast sprouts until well-browned (roughly 20-25 minutes).

~ Remove from oven when ready.

~ Turn off oven.

~ Drizzle 1 tablespoon of maple syrup on and toss to combine.

~ Put in (turned off) oven to absorb the syrup (1-2 minutes).
