chicken zoodles dish (GF, DF, v)
1 lb skinless boneless thin chicken cutlets
zucchini noodles
grape tomates
organic spinach
olive oil
2 cloves garlic
garlic powder
salt/pepper
(optional: add in red hot pepper seeds)
(optional: add in feta; at the very end when cooking)
~ Clean and cut chicken into cubes
~ Oil up the pan on stove, and let chicken cook until golden brown
~ In same pan or different pan ; drizzle olive oil into pan
~ Add in grape tomatoes, chopped up garlic cloves, garlic powder, salt, pepper,
~ Let the grape tomatoes start to cook
~ Add in zucchini noodles, as they are cooking add in chicken if using a separate pan)
~ Add a bit more olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper
~ Toss in spinach to cook within everything, when all blended in together, it’s finished!
