Egg Veggie OMlette (gf, df, v)
6 eggs (use 3 egg whites)
grape tomatoes
organic spinach
baby bella mushrooms
olive oil
salt/pepper
garlic powder
(optional to add feta cheese, would make it NOT DF).
~ olive oil the pan, with some garlic powder
~ add in tomatoes and mushrooms to cook, once soften you can add in your eggs
~ add in your spinach
~ let cook and then flip over for omelette
so tasty, enjoy :)
